• Complete intake form that will assess your child’s sleep needs/troubles, temperament, family’s comfortability and any other additional helpful information.
• A text or phone evaluation of your situation and our plan to move forward. You can also send me a picture or video of the sleep environment to make sure it’s conducive to sleep.
• A personalized sleep plan just for YOU and your situation/needs.
• A sleep schedule guide to be able to adjust your child’s sleep schedule for the future. 
• A feeding guide to differentiate from a hunger vs. comfort feed at night.
• A baby massage guide to utilize before sleep or just in general with your child.
• Unlimited text support for the 2 weeks (can be longer for an additional small fee).
• 1 follow up email consultation that will not expire, so you can use it at any point for ongoing support.

If you feel your situation doesn’t need a full sleep plan, but you need help with a particular issue that you need guidance with or you just want to customize your package more from my main sleep package, contact me and we can discuss things further to see what would be best for your needs and budget!

• Complete intake form that will assess your breastfeeding/bonding needs and troubles.
• A phone or FaceTime/Zoom assessment where I will assess mother and baby during breastfeeding.
• Give advice and tweaks dependent on assessment.
• Personalized guide with tips and advice relating to your personal breastfeeding goals/troubles.
• Unlimited email support on any questions regarding breastfeeding or bonding for 2 weeks (can be longer for an additional small fee).
• Offer activities/tips to enhance the parent-child relationship.
• A baby massage guide to utilize when baby is having gas or just in general to bond with your child.
• Bonding book recommendations to read to your child.
• If needed refer you to a lactation consultant in your area. 

*Your 2 week subscription begins on the day you receive your in-person assessment or your chosen date.

• ASQ (Ages and Stages Questionnaire) assessment will be administered over FaceTime/Zoom. Assessment will be given in the company of the caregiver(s) and child to look over the 5 main domains of development: Fine Motor, Gross Motor, Personal-Social, Communication and Problem-Solving. This assessment is for any child between the ages of 0-5.5 yrs old.
• ASQ assessment will be scored, explained and recommendations will be given to follow-up with an outside specialist/provider if needed depending on assessment results.
• Developmentally age appropriate activities will be provided for your child regardless of the results. If your child has a deficit I will provide activities that will help enhance their ability in that domain.
• Unlimited text support for 2 weeks (can be longer for an additional small fee) on any questions regarding development.
